Simple plans. Clear fees.

Start with what you have.
Grow when you’re ready.

Build your shop and preview it before choosing. Choose a plan by looking at two amounts: a fixed subscription paid once a month, and a small percentage of the sales your shop makes. Your customer pays the product price; these fees are what you pay MakeMyWeb.

Only paid orders in your own shop count. Cancelled orders, refunded amounts, delivery charges and product taxes collected for the government are left out. A cash-on-delivery order counts after the money has been received. Purchases made through your recommendation links on another retailer’s website do not count.

See what your monthly MakeMyWeb bill could be.

This is your estimated MakeMyWeb bill for a whole month, before any applicable tax. An online payment service may charge separately for taking customer payments. Delivery, an optional website address you buy, and optional paid extras are separate. The final checkout shows the amount before you pay.

Can I start without a logo?

Yes. Give your shop a name and choose a presentation style. Add a logo when you are ready.

When can I accept payments?

After your own online payment service account is verified, your seller details and required verification are complete. Check the provider’s verification requirements and fee schedule for your business.

Can I use my own website address?

Your website address is the link people type or tap to visit you—for example, yourshop.in. You can use your MakeMyWeb shop link or connect an address you already own. Confirm ownership and check registration or renewal costs before connecting it.

Do I need Cashfree?

Choose a online payment service such as Cashfree or Razorpay that fits your business. You would use your own verified account. Choose the provider that fits your business and review its account requirements.

Can customers pay when their parcel arrives?

Cash on delivery means your customer pays when their parcel arrives. Check that your delivery service supports it and confirm when it sends the collected money to you. Make the collection instructions clear before confirming the order.

Who handles shipping?

You choose and pay your own delivery provider. Courier serviceability, rates and perishables restrictions must be confirmed through authorised integrations.

Can I sell food?

Show the pack size, ingredients, preparation notice and collection choices clearly. Before accepting orders, confirm the food requirements and licences that apply to your business and to the platform.

Can I sell affiliate products?

You can add shop-owner-written recommendations with approved direct retailer links. Customers checkout on the retailer’s site; recommendations never enter an order in your shop.

How do your fees work?

The plans include platform fees on paid product sales that count towards the fee. Provider fees, shipping and taxes are separate. Compare the plan and provider charges using your own order volume.

Can I leave and export?

My Shop lets you download your shop, product and order records. The file belongs to your account and can be kept as a copy of your business information.

For your working day

Know which charge belongs to which service.

A useful pricing page should help you understand an actual bill. Start with paid product sales, then separate platform fees from the provider and delivery costs your own business incurs.

Your MakeMyWeb plan

The monthly plan and shop order fee pay for the platform service. Compare the plan costs against your own order volume. Choose a plan by comparing its monthly fee with your monthly paid product sales.

Your online payment service

Your own provider’s verified schedule determines its percentage, fixed and applicable tax charges. A rate shown in a calculator is an input to change, not a promise that every account pays the same amount.

Your delivery or pickup

The carrier, origin/destination, weight and account contract influence a courier quote. Pickup is a separate choice. Final shipping adjustments can differ from an estimate, and no free-delivery claim is made.

Optional services and fair limits

Domains have registration/renewal costs. Choose a plan with product and image allowances that fit your catalogue. Optional services and any extra charges should be understood before you choose them.

A ₹500 order is a useful place to begin.

QuestionIllustrative treatment
Which sales count towards the fee?The paid product value, excluding shipping and product tax collected for the government under the final reviewed fee rules.
What if an order is cancelled or refunded? The sales fee must be adjusted. Provider refunds and platform credits need their own reconciled records.
What if customers pay on delivery?A shop order fee should apply only after verified collection/delivery, not an uncollected booking. Confirm when your delivery service collects the money and pays it to you before offering cash on delivery.
What about affiliate sales?Retailer purchases and affiliate clicks do not attract shop order fees. Approved referral commissions are a separate programme.
Which fees can I actually calculate now?Try the plan comparison and price adviser here. Use them as transparent estimates, not invoices or automatic tax compliance.
