Terms of service
The service
MakeMyWeb is storefront and order-management software operated by Presgraphics, Mumbai, India. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate information and protect your account. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your shop and customers
The identified merchant offers the products, agrees the selling terms with customers and arranges fulfilment. Keep descriptions, prices, personalisation, ingredients, delivery and seller contact details accurate. Hold the permissions and licences needed for your products. Presgraphics retains the responsibilities applicable to its own role as platform operator.
Orders, payments and deliveries
An order record is not proof that money has been received. Confirm payment through the relevant provider or an agreed offline method. Provider verification, availability and terms apply separately. MakeMyWeb does not hold merchant sale proceeds. Sample shops are examples for exploring the buying experience.
Fees and changes
Review a plan and its complete charges before accepting a paid subscription. Provider fees, shipping and applicable taxes are separate unless expressly included. An estimate is not a payment authorisation. Material changes to an accepted paid arrangement should be disclosed before they apply.
Content, restrictions and leaving
Upload only content you own or are allowed to use. Do not offer prohibited goods, deceive customers, infringe intellectual property or misuse personal information. We may restrict unsafe or unlawful activity while preserving access needed to resolve outstanding obligations. Export your records before leaving; closure does not cancel customer obligations or legally necessary retention. Contact support about disputes, cancellation or account closure.
