Who looks after your information
MakeMyWeb is operated by Presgraphics, Mumbai, India. We use account, shop and enquiry information to provide this service and respond to requests. A shop owner uses customer order details to manage their own customer relationship and fulfilment.
Information used by the service
Accounts use an email address and a password. Shop information includes the name, branding, products and images you provide. Order records include product choices, quantity, personalisation, customer name, email and any collection date. Security checks use connection information such as IP addresses. Do not send identity documents, card details or sensitive material through ordinary forms.
Hosting and security providers
AWS provides hosting, account verification, transactional email delivery and storage. Dodo Payments handles platform subscription checkout and billing; it receives your account email and the billing details you provide at checkout. Cloudflare Turnstile checks account forms for spam and automated abuse. These providers process information needed for their services. Passwords are not displayed to merchants or customers. We do not collect payment-card information. Fonts are served with the website rather than loaded from Google Fonts.
Public information and sharing
Published shop names, listings, branding and public contact information can be seen by visitors. Customer order details are available to the relevant shop owner. Affiliate links open a separate retailer with its own policies. Independent payment and delivery providers have their own notices. An ordinary enquiry does not enrol you in a marketing list.
Retention and your choices
We retain information needed to operate accounts, maintain order records, resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Transactional email bodies and recipient details in the delivery queue are cleared after 30 days; minimal delivery-event references remain to prevent duplicate notifications. Restricted backups may retain earlier copies for their retention period. Merchants can export their shop, product and order records from their account. Ask support about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of optional consent. We may verify ownership before acting and explain any legally necessary retention.
