Protect your account
Use a unique password and protect your email account. Verification and abuse checks help protect sign-in and registration. Contact support promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
Private records
Merchant actions require sign-in and ownership checks. Public shop content is separate from private drafts and customer orders. Never share passwords or provider access keys in a public listing or ordinary support message.
Report a security concern
Email support with the affected page and a description. Avoid customer data or secrets and do not test against other people’s accounts. We will arrange an appropriate way to share necessary sensitive evidence.
