Cancellation and refunds
Merchant purchases
Contact the seller identified on the shop for product cancellations, returns and refunds. Read the agreed selling terms before ordering. Personalised, food and digital products may have specific conditions, with applicable consumer rights preserved.
Platform subscriptions
Contact support from your account email about a subscription or disputed platform charge. Include the invoice or transaction reference, never card details. Eligibility depends on accepted subscription terms and applicable law. A sample order or estimate does not create a paid subscription.
Refund confirmation
Cancelling an order record is separate from refunding a payment. A refund is complete only when the relevant provider or agreed payment method confirms the outcome.
