Practical guide

Connect your Shiprocket account

Your shipments belong to your business.

Step 1

Set up your own authorised Shiprocket account, pickup address and provider wallet.

Step 2

Check that the service accepts your products and serves the pickup and delivery addresses.

Step 3

Compare estimates for origin, destination, actual and dimensional weight. Later adjustments may change the actual charge.

Step 4

Check the pickup address, package dimensions and service restrictions before booking. Keep the confirmed tracking details with the order.

“A quote is available” is different from “a shipment has been created”.

Check the address, product restrictions, weight and quoted cost before booking. A delivery estimate can change; a confirmed tracking number should come from the courier handling the parcel.

A checklist you can use beside the form.

  1. Use your own eligible merchant shipping account.
  2. Check origin/destination and product restrictions.
  3. Enter actual and dimensional weight accurately.
  4. Compare quotes as estimates, not a permanent rate.
  5. Check your shipping balance, any weight adjustments and the confirmed tracking details.

Before you share your product.

Save a draft while the details are changing. Before publishing, read the product as a customer would: what is included, what it costs, which choices matter and what happens next.

If you need help, describe what you wanted to do, the page you were on and what happened. You do not need technical vocabulary. Leave passwords, provider keys and private customer details out of the message.

A good next step
